After his victories at Boma and Yanjin, Guan Yu becomes famous across the land. Cao Cao treats him with great respect, offering wealth and high rank in hopes of securing his loyalty.
Yet Guan Yu remains steadfast.
His heart belongs to Liu Bei.
Though he serves under Cao Cao, he never forgets the oath they made in the Peach Garden. Wealth and status mean nothing to him compared to loyalty.
At last, he learns of Liu Bei’s whereabouts.
