In the earliest age, before balance had settled into the universe, the world existed in a fragile state between order and chaos. It was Nüwa who shaped humanity from earth itself, giving form, breath, and awareness to beings who would one day inherit the world. Life flourished briefly under her quiet watch, but harmony proved fleeting. A cosmic conflict erupted, shaking the pillars that held heaven aloft. When the mighty force of destruction struck the sacred mountain that anchored the sky, the universe itself fractured. The heavens split open, tilting dangerously, while the earth below cracked into burning chasms. Floodwaters surged uncontrollably, wildfires consumed the land, and the rhythm of day and night dissolved into confusion. Stars fell like rain, and darkness swallowed the world’s certainty. Witnessing this devastation, Nüwa did not turn away. She was not a warrior of conquest, but a guardian of existence. Determined to restore balance, she journeyed across the broken world in search of five sacred stones, each embodying a different essence of the cosmos. Through divine fire, she melted these stones into radiant streams of energy and carefully sealed the ruptures in the sky. The task demanded immense endurance, as the heat threatened to consume her, yet her resolve never faltered. Piece by piece, the heavens were restored, and light slowly returned to the world.
