《七龍珠：魔神城的睡公主》是《七龍珠》系列的第二部劇場版動畫，於1987年7月18日上映，由西尾大介執導，照井啓司編劇，原作為鳥山明。電影片長45分鐘，並作為夏季「東映漫畫祭」上映作品之一。
本作延續前作的平行世界式設定，但比《神龍的傳說》加入更多原創元素。故事帶有明顯的歐洲奇幻色彩與陰森氣氛，並以位於遙遠西方的「魔神城」作為主要舞台。
此外，本作也是電影版《七龍珠》中唯一一次孫悟空變身為大猿的作品。
電影內容｜中文版本
孫悟空為了拜龜仙人為師，特意來到龜仙人的住所——龜屋，希望接受武術修行。
就在同一天，一名剃著光頭的少年克林也來到龜屋，希望成為龜仙人的弟子。
龜仙人答應兩人拜師，但提出了一個特殊的條件。
他要求悟空與克林前往遙遠西方的魔神城，將一名據說已經沉睡數千年的美女——「睡公主」帶回來。
為了成為龜仙人的弟子，悟空與克林立即展開競爭，兩人爭先恐後地前往魔神城。
另一方面，布瑪等人也來到龜屋尋找久未見面的悟空。
龜仙人為了隱瞞自己真正讓悟空前往魔神城的原因，告訴布瑪等人悟空是去遊樂園。
在不知道真相的情況下，布瑪、樂平、烏龍與普亞魯等人也朝著聽說有遊樂園的魔神城方向追去。
與此同時，一名金髮的神秘女子蘭琪也得知了「睡公主」的存在，並獨自前往魔神城。
魔神城
魔神城位於遙遠西方，被稱為「惡魔之手」的五座山脈之中。
這座城原本是為了躲避太陽而建造的城堡，但城內隱藏著更加可怕的秘密。
城堡裡設有「太陽破壞光線砲」，只要利用秘寶「睡公主」的力量，就能發射足以摧毀太陽的力量。
而魔神城的主人，是名為路西法的魔王。
路西法統治著魔神城中的魔物，而且以年輕女性的鮮血為食。
由於路西法與其他魔物害怕陽光，他們偷走了封印力量的秘寶「睡公主」。
當「睡公主」的力量在五千年後完全解放時，路西法計劃利用它摧毀太陽，讓地球變成一個永遠籠罩黑暗與極寒的世界。
悟空與克林進入魔神城後，必須面對城堡內各種魔物。
其中包括負責指揮魔物士兵的巨大紅色怪物加斯特爾，以及守護城堡的雙頭獸等。
城堡周圍的地下湖中，更棲息著一頭巨大的怪物，任何經過湖面的人都有可能成為它的獵物。
悟空與路西法的決戰
隨著悟空等人逐漸接近魔神城的核心，真正的陰謀也逐漸浮現。
路西法準備啟動太陽破壞光線砲，以「睡公主」的力量摧毀太陽。
悟空與路西法展開戰鬥。
路西法擁有強大的格鬥能力，甚至可以輕易化解悟空的攻擊，並能從雙手發射紅色能量球。
危急之際，悟空使用龜派氣功。
他的攻擊改變了太陽破壞光線砲的方向，最終令光線砲的能量失控。
失控的能量將路西法徹底消滅。
魔神城的陰謀也因此瓦解。
English Version
Dragon Ball: Sleeping Princess in Devil’s Castle is the second theatrical animated film in the Dragon Ball franchise.
Released in Japan on July 18, 1987, the film was directed by Daisuke Nishio, written by Keiji Terui, and based on Akira Toriyama’s original Dragon Ball manga. It has a runtime of 45 minutes and was screened as part of the summer Toei Manga Festival.
Like the first film, this story takes place in a parallel-world version of the Dragon Ball universe. However, it features even stronger original elements, with a distinctive European fantasy atmosphere and a darker, more mysterious tone.
It is also the only Dragon Ball theatrical film in which Goku transforms into a Great Ape.
Son Goku travels to Kame House because he wants to become Master Roshi’s student and train in martial arts.
On the same day, a bald young boy named Krillin also arrives at Kame House with the same goal.
Master Roshi agrees to train them, but he gives both boys a special condition.
They must travel to Devil’s Castle in the far west and bring back a beautiful woman known as the Sleeping Princess, who is said to have been asleep for thousands of years.
Determined to become Master Roshi’s students, Goku and Krillin immediately begin their journey, competing with each other along the way.
Meanwhile, Bulma and the others arrive at Kame House looking for Goku.
To hide the real reason Goku has gone to Devil’s Castle, Master Roshi tells them that Goku has gone to an amusement park.
Believing this story, Bulma, Yamcha, Oolong and Puar follow in the direction of Devil’s Castle.
At the same time, the mysterious blonde woman Launch learns about the Sleeping Princess and also heads toward the castle.
Devil’s Castle
Devil’s Castle stands in a mountain range known as the Five Mountains of the Devil’s Hand, far to the west.
The castle was originally built as a place protected from the sunlight, but it hides a far more dangerous secret.
Inside the castle is a device known as the Sun Destruction Beam Cannon.
By using the power of the Sleeping Princess, the weapon can unleash enough energy to destroy the Sun.
The castle is ruled by Lucifer, a powerful demon king.
Lucifer commands the monsters within the castle and feeds on the blood of young women.
Because Lucifer and his monsters are vulnerable to sunlight, they steal the Sleeping Princess, a sacred treasure whose power has been sealed.
When the power of the Sleeping Princess is fully released after five thousand years, Lucifer plans to use it to destroy the Sun and turn Earth into a world of eternal darkness and extreme cold.
After entering Devil’s Castle, Goku and Krillin encounter numerous monsters.
Among them is Gastel, a huge red monster who commands Lucifer’s soldiers, as well as a two-headed beast guarding the castle.
A gigantic monster also lives in an underground lake surrounding the castle, attacking anyone who attempts to cross the lake.
Goku’s Battle with Lucifer
As Goku and his companions approach the heart of Devil’s Castle, Lucifer’s true plan is revealed.
He prepares to activate the Sun Destruction Beam Cannon and use the power of the Sleeping Princess to destroy the Sun.
Goku confronts Lucifer.
Lucifer possesses formidable martial-arts abilities and can easily deflect Goku’s attacks. He can also fire red energy spheres from his hands.
At the critical moment, Goku uses the Kamehameha.
The attack changes the direction of the Sun Destruction Beam Cannon, causing the weapon’s energy to run out of control.
The resulting energy destroys Lucifer, bringing his plan to an end.
