After Cao Cao brings Emperor Xian under his control, the balance of power across the land begins to shift. Warlords respond differently—some observe cautiously, while others prepare for future conflict. Liu Bei continues his journey in search of a base, Sun Ce rises rapidly in the south, and Yuan Shao strengthens his dominance in the north. Beneath the surface calm, a new order is forming, setting the stage for greater confrontations ahead.

表面上，漢室仍在，朝廷仍有名義上的統治。然而，實際權力早已分散於各地諸侯手中。曹操雖掌握天子，卻仍需面對來自四方的壓力與挑戰。
各路勢力，開始重新審視自身位置。
北方的袁紹，依然是最具實力的諸侯。他兵多糧足，地盤廣大，且門生故吏遍布天下。對於曹操掌控皇帝一事，袁紹並未立即採取行動，而是選擇觀望。

After Cao Cao establishes control over Emperor Xian and relocates the capital to Xuchang, the balance of power across the land begins to shift.
On the surface, the Han Dynasty still exists. The imperial court continues to function in name. In reality, however, power is fragmented among regional warlords.
Cao Cao holds legitimacy, but he faces pressure from all directions.
Across the land, leaders begin to reassess their positions.
In the north, Yuan Shao remains the most powerful warlord. With vast territories, abundant resources, and strong connections, he has the advantage. Rather than acting immediately against Cao Cao, he chooses to observe and wait.
In the south, a new force emerges—Sun Ce.
Young and ambitious, Sun Ce inherits his father’s legacy and rapidly builds power in the Jiangdong region. His military skill and leadership allow him to secure a strong foothold.
Meanwhile, Liu Bei continues his journey.
After the chaos in Chang’an, he and his sworn brothers move from place to place, seeking opportunities. Though respected, they lack a stable base.
Still, Liu Bei does not give up. He understands that in times of chaos, opportunity often arises from instability.
A delicate balance begins to form.
Cao Cao controls the emperor and claims legitimacy. Yuan Shao dominates the north with superior strength. Sun Ce builds momentum in the south. Liu Bei searches for his chance.
Each force watches the others carefully.
For now, stability exists—but it is fragile.
