電影內容（中文版本）
《劇場版 真實靈異故事：驚慄事故物件藝人》由金子智明執導及編劇，是《劇場版 真實靈異故事：事故物件藝人》系列最新作品。本片採用單元劇形式，將三則來自一般民眾投稿、與事故物件有關的靈異經歷重新改編，以喜劇演員的角度重新詮釋，融合都市怪談、心理恐怖與現代社會寫實元素，讓觀眾感受到比傳統鬼故事更加貼近現實的不安。第一個故事講述懷抱演藝夢想的新山岳人，與女友香織一同搬到郊外一棟價格低廉的獨立住宅。原本期待展開新生活的兩人，在搬家完成後的第一晚便聽見有人不斷拍打玄關大門。屋外卻空無一人，而深夜持續傳來的敲門聲，逐漸侵蝕兩人的理智，也讓他們開始懷疑這棟房子的真正過去。第二段故事聚焦於一直無法走紅的搞笑藝人後藤楓介，他白天兼職廢品回收，受命前往一間剛發生自殺案件的事故物件整理遺物。在整理過程中，他發現一本疑似死者留下的笑話筆記與一部破舊手機。隨著閱讀內容與開啟手機資料，一段不願被遺忘的黑暗真相逐漸浮現，而他也開始遭遇一連串無法解釋的怪異事件。第三段故事則描述默默無聞的漫才搭檔池田與小西，為了吸引觀眾而接受挑戰，在一棟曾發生重大命案的事故物件內進行直播。原本只是希望藉此提升知名度，卻在直播畫面中不斷出現無法辨識的人影與異樣畫面，引發觀眾熱烈討論，也讓兩人逐漸發現自己可能已經成為靈異事件的一部分。電影透過三個彼此獨立卻共同圍繞事故物件的故事，探討人們對未知空間的恐懼，以及人在利益、夢想與好奇心驅使下，如何一步步走向無法回頭的深淵。不同於大量血腥特效，本片更著重營造貼近生活的壓迫感，利用空屋、遺物、深夜敲門聲、直播影像等熟悉元素，引發觀眾對日常生活的心理恐懼。多位日本新世代搞笑藝人首次主演電影，也為作品帶來介乎真實與戲劇之間的特殊臨場感，使《劇場版 真實靈異故事：驚慄事故物件藝人》成為一部結合都市傳說、事故物件文化與現代網絡直播現象的日本恐怖電影。

Directed and written by Tomoaki Kaneko, Truly Scary Stories: Chilling Accident Property Comedians continues the popular horror anthology series inspired by real-life submissions involving haunted properties. Instead of relying solely on fictional ghost stories, the film reimagines three allegedly true experiences through the perspectives of struggling comedians whose pursuit of success unexpectedly leads them into terrifying encounters with the supernatural. The opening story follows Gakuto Niiyama, an aspiring entertainer who moves into a secluded house with his girlfriend Kaori after relocating to Tokyo. Their excitement over beginning a new chapter quickly fades when relentless knocking echoes through the front door every night despite nobody standing outside. As fear and uncertainty consume the couple, they begin uncovering disturbing hints about the house’s tragic past. The second chapter centers on Kaede Goto, an unsuccessful comedian working part-time in waste collection. Assigned to clear the belongings of a resident who recently died by suicide, he discovers an old notebook filled with comedy material and an abandoned smartphone. Curious about the previous owner’s life, he gradually unlocks forgotten memories and hidden secrets that refuse to remain buried, while strange occurrences begin invading his own reality. The final story follows comedy duo Ikeda and Konishi, who decide to livestream overnight inside a notorious accident property in hopes of attracting online attention. What begins as a publicity stunt quickly spirals into genuine terror when mysterious figures repeatedly appear on the broadcast, witnessed not only by the performers but also by thousands of viewers watching in real time. Blending supernatural folklore with modern internet culture, the film examines how curiosity, ambition, and the desire for recognition can lure ordinary people into situations beyond human understanding. Rather than relying on excessive violence, the horror grows from familiar environments, abandoned homes, personal belongings, silence, and subtle paranormal disturbances that gradually undermine the characters’ sense of safety. Featuring first-time leading performances by several rising Japanese comedians, the anthology combines authentic performances with realistic settings, creating a chilling atmosphere where everyday spaces become sources of lingering psychological fear. Through its three interconnected tales, the film reflects contemporary fascination with haunted properties while reminding audiences that some places may continue to hold memories no one can truly erase.
