After swearing brotherhood in the Peach Garden, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei form a volunteer militia and join the campaign against the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Though they come from humble beginnings, their courage and loyalty quickly set them apart on the battlefield. With their first victory, their names begin to spread. Yet in a chaotic era, danger does not only come from enemies—it also lies within the corrupt court. The path of heroes proves far more difficult than they had imagined.

English Version
After their oath in the Peach Garden, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei waste no time. They gather local volunteers and form a militia, determined to contribute to the suppression of the Yellow Turban Rebellion.
At the time, the rebels are overwhelming government forces across many regions. Liu Bei and his companions serve under Liu Yan, the governor of You Province, and are ordered to confront the advancing Yellow Turban forces.
Facing their first real battle, the odds are against them. The enemy greatly outnumbers their small militia. Yet Zhang Fei charges fearlessly into the front lines, wielding his spear with explosive strength. Guan Yu follows with calm precision, cutting through enemy ranks with remarkable skill. Liu Bei commands from the center, coordinating movements and maintaining discipline.
Despite their limited numbers, the trio achieves a stunning victory. Their courage and unity allow them to defeat a much larger force. News of their success spreads quickly, earning them recognition among both soldiers and civilians.
Inspired by their bravery, more people join Liu Bei’s ranks. His militia grows stronger, and his reputation begins to rise. However, success on the battlefield does not guarantee success within the political system.
The imperial court remains deeply corrupt. Eunuchs and officials are more concerned with power struggles than with rewarding merit. Despite Liu Bei’s contributions, he receives only a minor official post due to his humble background.
Zhang Fei and Guan Yu feel frustrated by this injustice, but Liu Bei remains calm. He believes that serving the nation is more important than personal recognition.
Eventually, the Yellow Turban Rebellion is suppressed, but peace does not return. Instead, regional warlords begin to emerge, each building their own power. The authority of the Han Dynasty continues to weaken.
For Liu Bei and his brothers, this is only the beginning. Their first victory marks the start of a long and uncertain journey in a world descending into chaos.
