黃巾之亂逐漸平息，天下表面上恢復了短暫的平靜。然而，在這層平靜之下，東漢朝廷的危機卻愈發嚴重。

靈帝在位期間，寵信宦官，形成以「十常侍」為核心的龐大權力集團。他們長期操控朝政，賣官鬻爵，貪污橫行，使整個官僚體系腐敗不堪。

朝廷之中，早已沒有公義可言。忠良之士被排擠，權力與金錢成為唯一的通行證。

在這樣的局勢下，大將軍何進逐漸察覺問題的嚴重性。他掌握兵權，決心剷除十常侍，試圖重整朝綱。

然而，何進最大的弱點，正是優柔寡斷。

他雖有決心，卻缺乏行動力，多次與群臣商議對策，卻始終無法下定決心。時間一再拖延，局勢反而變得更加危險。

此時，有人提出一個關鍵建議——召集地方軍閥入京，以武力震懾宦官。

這個計策看似有效，卻埋下致命隱患：一旦外兵進入京城，權力將難以控制。

何進最終仍選擇採納，秘密召集各地勢力入京，其中包括日後改變歷史的關鍵人物——董卓。

他們設下陷阱，假借皇后名義召何進入宮。何進未加防備，孤身前往。

這一去，便是死路。

何進在宮中遭伏擊，當場被殺。

消息傳出，整個朝廷震動。

何進部下震怒，率兵衝入宮中，展開瘋狂報復。宮廷之內瞬間化為修羅場，血流成河，哀嚎四起。

十常侍見大勢已去，挾持少帝與陳留王倉皇逃離。整個皇宮陷入徹底失控的混亂。

就在權力真空出現的瞬間，一個更大的變數登場。

董卓率兵進入洛陽。

他看到京城無主、局勢混亂，迅速接管軍權，控制局勢。不僅救回皇帝，更開始干預朝政，逐步掌握最高權力。

原本只是一次「清除宦官」的行動，最終卻演變成更大的災難。

朝廷徹底崩壞，權力落入更強硬、更野心勃勃之人手中。

After the suppression of the Yellow Turban Rebellion, the empire appears to regain stability. Yet beneath the surface, the crisis within the Eastern Han court grows even more severe.

During Emperor Ling’s reign, eunuchs rise to dominance. The Ten Attendants seize control of political power, selling offices and spreading corruption throughout the government.

Justice disappears. Loyalty is punished, while greed is rewarded.

Amid this decay, General-in-Chief He Jin recognizes the threat. Holding military power, he resolves to eliminate the eunuchs and restore order.

However, his fatal flaw is indecision.

Though determined, he hesitates repeatedly, unable to act decisively. Each delay allows the danger to grow.

At this critical moment, a proposal emerges—to summon regional warlords into the capital to suppress the eunuchs by force.

The plan seems effective, but it carries a hidden risk: once external armies enter the capital, control may be lost.

Despite this, He Jin proceeds. Among those summoned is a powerful and ambitious warlord—Dong Zhuo.

The plan soon leaks.

The Ten Attendants realize they are in grave danger. If He Jin acts first, they will be destroyed. So they choose to strike before he can.

They set a trap, using the Empress’s name to summon He Jin into the palace. Trusting the call, he enters alone—unaware of what awaits him.

It is a fatal mistake.

He Jin is assassinated within the palace.

The news shocks the entire court.

Enraged, his followers storm the palace, slaughtering the eunuchs in a wave of vengeance. Blood fills the halls, and chaos erupts beyond control.

Desperate, the remaining eunuchs abduct the young emperor and flee. The imperial court collapses into complete disorder.

At that very moment, a new force arrives.

Dong Zhuo enters Luoyang with his army.

Seeing the power vacuum, he quickly takes control. He rescues the emperor, but more importantly, he places himself at the center of power.

What began as an attempt to purge corruption turns into something far worse.

The court collapses, and power shifts into the hands of a far more dangerous figure.

From this moment on, the fate of the Han Dynasty moves toward an irreversible downfall.
